We are seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to turn complex performance data into actionable insights. In this role, you will build custom dashboards, perform audience segmentation and reporting, and support campaign decision-making with data-driven recommendations that maximize ROI for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery audits to identify data bottlenecks and risks.
- Develop predictive insight models for client decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations on risk mapping and KPI frameworks.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data strategy, analytics, or consulting.
- Strong background in risk modeling, forecasting, or BI tools.
- Ability to communicate complex insights in simple terms.
- Consulting experience (preferred, not mandatory).
- Fluent English
