As a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager, you are responsible for transforming digital performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams. You build and maintain reporting frameworks, develop dashboards, and analyze user behavior and campaign performance across channels. Your work enables smarter optimization decisions and ensures transparency, measurability, and impact across all digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across paid media and digital channels.
- Analyze campaign, audience, and conversion data to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
- Ensure correct tracking, measurement setups, and data quality across platforms and tools.
- Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for strategy and activation teams.
- Present insights and performance narratives to clients in a structured and understandable way.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance analysis, or marketing intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery).
- Solid understanding of tracking concepts, attribution, and digital KPIs.
- Ability to turn complex datasets into concise, actionable insights.
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
