As a Media Operations Specialist, you play a key role in the operational delivery of cross-channel digital campaigns. You are responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing media across paid platforms, ensuring campaigns run efficiently, on time, and in line with performance goals. You work closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to translate media plans into flawless execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across paid media platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Programmatic).
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and delivery to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Implement tracking, naming conventions, and QA processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to optimize performance based on insights.
- Prepare clear performance reports and operational updates for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in paid media operations or digital media management.
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and campaign management tools.
- Strong understanding of tracking, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, reliable working style.
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
