The Paid Media Campaign Manager drives execution across paid digital channels including search, social, display, and programmatic platforms. You will optimize media investment, analyze performance trends, and ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs, collaborating with internal teams to align both creative and media strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery audits to identify data bottlenecks and risks.
- Develop predictive insight models for client decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations on risk mapping and KPI frameworks.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data strategy, analytics, or consulting.
- Strong background in risk modeling, forecasting, or BI tools.
- Ability to communicate complex insights in simple terms.
- Consulting experience (preferred, not mandatory).
- Fluent English
